FELICEDAD: Age, Happiness and Feminine Power is an online course designed to generate the ability to empower the feminine within us at all times in our lives.

Empowerment comes from accessing the past in new ways: from overturning reductive scientific assumptions, from appreciating the knowledge that emanates from the work of sexuality, from celebrating pure feminine pleasure and power, from declaring a new marriage of the sacred and the sexual, from affirming female empowerment, and from inviting men into this new culture.
This course will inspire you to become the woman you’ve always wanted to be and attract powerful allies who will support and expand this change.
It will support the creation of a network of elective female kinship, including sisters, mothers, grandmothers, daughters, granddaughters, friends, and allies, who find meaning, purpose, and community in generating love from within, sharing it, and expanding it.

With a focus on gratitude, the session “Joys of the Pause” activates our serotonin. Getting initiated in the “new springs” of our lives places us in a space of appreciation and gratitude for our experience.
Session # 2 intends to liberate us from the oppressive cultural construct of “penis envy,” so as to access awareness of our yoni power. Dopamine, the hormone of success and achievement, correlates with meeting our feminine power.
Session # 3 is about sex work, a wide-ranging operation that requires many good qualities and impacts almost all areas of existence. The presence of women and the feminine is absolutely important. This session is correlated with oxytocin, a hormone that emanates from intimacy, love, connection, beauty and physical contact.
Session # 4 is about freedom, movement, self-possession, travel, journeying, choice, physical activity, love as a decision made autonomously and freely. This session is correlated with endorphins.
Sessions take place online so that everyone can participate from the comfort of their own home. They are live, which adds an interactive and participatory quality to them.
